DHI Mortgage eClose is our new, convenient closing process, allowing you to electronically sign many of your closing documents before your appointment.

This means you can save time by starting the closing process from your computer or mobile device!

Step 1 When your closing documents are ready, they will be emailed to you to read and review.

Step 2 On the morning of your closing date, you'll receive an email with several documents for you to sign electronically, right from your computer or mobile device.

Just be sure to complete them BEFORE your appointment to save you time at the closing table!

Step 3 At your closing appointment, you'll physically sign your remaining closing documents.
