Meet Bil Woodford.

The financial aspects of homebuying or refinancing can be stressful and overwhelming — but they don’t have to be. I have the knowledge and experience to help you through the loan process, find the terms that are right for your budget and situation, and provide you with hometown personal attention during every transaction. I have spent years in the housing trades, Commercial and Residential Real Estate investment, and currently possess a Certified Mortgage Advisor as well as a construction lending Certification.

When not working to make your homeownership dreams come true, I enjoy time with my wife, Tess, our beautiful, blended family, our puppies, horseback activities and volunteering time to various causes to help make our community a better place to live and work. I currently host our weekly Chamber of Commerce Greeter’s meetings as well as belong to other community related groups. In addition, I co-host a radio show called “Living in the North State” that is a real estate “call in” talk show on Wednesday nights.

I also have been a competitive Jouster/Knight for many years and enjoy putting on Jousting shows for charity, fairs, movies, television, and corporate events. In my spare time I enjoy creating and working with my Bonsai trees and working on my home and garden.
