- ONLINE - If you wish to submit a loan application online with DHI Mortgage, please review the information provided below and then click “I AGREE” at the bottom.
- CALL - You may contact your DHI Mortgage Loan Originator by phone or, if you do not yet have a DHI Mortgage Loan Originator, please contact DHI Mortgage at welcomehome@dhimortgage.com. Our website can be found at www.dhimortgage.com.
- VISIT OUR BRANCH - You may submit a loan application in person at one of our branch offices, the location of which may be found at www.dhimortgage.com.
What information do you need to provide to submit this purchase mortgage or refinance loan application online?
If you proceed with this online loan application, you will be asked to provide information to assist DHI Mortgage in processing your loan application.
Once a property address is determined, DHI Mortgage will send to you a loan estimate (your “Loan Estimate”). A Loan Estimate is a three-page form that provides you with important information including the estimated interest rate, monthly payment and closing costs for your mortgage loan. Following receipt of your Loan Estimate, you will be required to complete additional tasks and provide additional information as instructed by your DHI Mortgage Loan Originator.
While we recommend you submit answers to all questions presented in this online loan application including those indicated as optional if they apply to you or your coborrower, you may submit a loan application by providing only: your name, your current income, your social security number, the address of the property that will be subject to the mortgage loan (if known), the estimated value of the property you are seeking to purchase (or refinance), the requested amount you wish to borrow and a consent to permit DHI Mortgage to pull a consumer report (“Required Information”).
If you or your co-borrower chooses, at this time, to submit a loan application that includes only Required Information, please contact your DHI Mortgage Loan Originator as noted above. After submission of your loan application, DHI Mortgage will send a Loan Estimate to you. Following receipt of a Loan Estimate, your DHI Mortgage Loan Originator will contact you again by telephone to obtain all other necessary information to continue your loan application process.

To proceed with this online loan application, you must agree to the Consents set forth below. If you do not wish to Consent, please contact your DHI Mortgage Loan Originator to submit a loan application in person or by telephone. By clicking, “I AGREE” below, I consent and acknowledge:
Consent To Be Taken to a Third-Party Website - I will leave DHIMortgage.com and go to a website maintained by nCino, a third-party service provider that administers the online loan application process for DHI Mortgage. My interaction with that website will be governed by nCino’s Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions, which are provided at nCino.com and are available in this online loan application process.
Consent To Pull a Consumer Report - DHI Mortgage and certain third parties will obtain a consumer report for the purpose of processing my loan application and sale of my closed mortgage loan on the secondary market. Any owner of a completed mortgage loan, its servicers, successors and assigns, may verify or re-verify any information contained in this loan application or obtain any information or data relating to my completed mortgage loan, for any legitimate purpose, through any source, including a source named in this loan application or a consumer reporting agency.
Authorizations and Consents from My Co-Borrower if I am Completing a Joint Application - If I am completing a joint loan application, DHI Mortgage will require information about my co-borrower. If my co-borrower and I share financial information, we will work together to complete this online loan application. If my co-borrower is unavailable, and I share financial information with my co-borrower, I may complete the joint on-line loan application and provide the co-borrower's personal information and authorizations only if I obtain advance authorizations and consents from the co-borrower:
- To share my co-borrower’s personal information with DHI Mortgage.
- To authorize and instruct DHI Mortgage and certain third parties to obtain a consumer report about my co-borrower for the purpose of processing our joint loan application and sale of the closed mortgage loan on the secondary market;
- To authorize and instruct DHI Mortgage to use the consumer report co-borrower to process the joint loan application, and for secondary marketing purposes to sell the loan after closing.
- To authorize DHI Mortgage to share my co-borrower’s consumer report with third-party service providers that provide services to DHI Mortgage in connection with the processing of the joint loan application and the secondary market sale of the closed mortgage loan. To see a listing of the third-party service providers with which DHI Mortgage may share my co-borrower’s consumer report, visit dhimortgage.com.
- To acknowledge for my co-borrower that any owner of a completed mortgage loan, its servicers, successors and assigns, may verify or re-verify any information contained in this loan application or obtain any information or data relating to our completed mortgage loan, for any legitimate purpose, through any source, including a source named in this loan application or a consumer reporting agency.
- To share my co-borrower’s cell phone number for purposes of being contacted by DHI Mortgage at the phone number I provide.
- To share my co-borrower’s email address to permit DHI Mortgage to contact my co-borrower at any email address I provide.
- To provide an e-Consent authorization and consent for the co-borrower to permit the co-borrower to use electronic signatures and receive documents electronically in connection with the co-borrower’s joint loan application and joint mortgage loan with DHI Mortgage including use of the DHI Mortgage portal and platform to submit an on-line loan application.
If I am completing a joint loan application and I either: (a) do not share financial information with my co-borrower; or (b) my co-borrower has not provided to me each of the authorizations and consents set forth above, I will provide contact information for the co-borrower, and a DHI Mortgage Loan Originator will contact my co-borrower. My co-borrower will be asked to provide their information and consents directly to the DHI Mortgage Loan Originator and not through this online loan application. I will not share phone numbers and email addresses for my co-borrower unless my co-borrower has provided the above authorizations to me to share this information with DHI Mortgage.
Consent for DHI Mortgage To Use and Share My Information to Process My Request -DHI Mortgage may use the personal information I provide as part of this online loan application to process my loan application request and provide me with related information, and to sell my completed mortgage loan on the secondary market. DHI Mortgage may share my consumer report with third-party service providers that provide services to DHI Mortgage in connection with the processing of my loan application and the secondary market sale of my mortgage loan. DHI Mortgage Privacy, Security, and Legal Information
We have been notified that the credit repositories, Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax, may sell leads when lenders pull a tri-bureau credit report. This may result in solicitations from other mortgage companies during your mortgage loan process. This is permissible under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. However, you have the right to limit such “prescreened” offers of credit or insurance that you have not initiated.
