Customers of DHI Mortgage may use this secure online form to make their privacy choices. This information is encrypted for transmission over the Internet. DHI Mortgage customers may also make their privacy choices by telephone, toll free at (844) 312-1523, or by mail at DHI Mortgage Company, Ltd., Attn: Compliance Department, 10700 Pecan Park Blvd., Suite 450, Austin, TX 78750. A mail-in form is included in our U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice for your ease when making your privacy choices by mail. And, for California residents, who wish to make their California privacy choices by mail, a California Consumer Privacy Notice is also provided online that may be printed and mailed to the above address.
 
The ability to make privacy choices online has been made available, for the convenience of those doing business with DHI Mortgage. DHI Mortgage will continue to provide a copy of its current U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice electronically, if you have agreed to do business electronically, by mail or in person in accordance with the requirements of Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Pub. L. No. 106-102, 113 Stat. 1338, 1436-45 (1999). And, DHI Mortgage will continue to provide a copy of its California Consumer Privacy Notice along with its U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice in accordance with California law.
 
If you are a new customer, unless you affirmatively consent to allow us to share your information earlier pursuant to law, DHI Mortgage will not begin sharing your information with others, except as permitted by law, until 30 days from the date we send our U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice to you by mail or provide it to you in person, or 30 days from the date you acknowledge receipt electronically even though we have posted it online for your convenience. And, if you are a California resident, unless you affirmatively consent to allow us to share your information earlier pursuant to California law, we will not begin sharing your information with others, except as permitted by California law, until 45 days from the date we send our California Consumer Privacy Notice to you by mail or provide it to you in person or 45 days from the date that you acknowledge receipt electronically, even though we have posted it online for your convenience. If you have made your privacy choices known to us online, by mail, or by phone, we will only use and share your information in accordance with those choices. If you make your privacy choices known to us by submitting the form below online, it will be unnecessary for you to contact us by mail, or by phone to maintain the same privacy choices.

DHI Mortgage utilizes Third-Party Service Providers to deliver advertisements, including interest based advertisements, to you based on your previous online behavior including your surfing history, as well as other Automated Information collected about you while you have visited websites and utilized applications, including our own.  If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, we will only utilize Third-Party Service Providers in this manner, or otherwise deliver interest based advertisements to you, with your consent. Definitions

Affiliates – Our Affiliates include, among others, D.R. Horton, Inc.; our title company affiliates doing business as DHI Title; our insurance company, D.R. Horton Insurance Agency, Inc.; Forestar Group, Inc. and other affiliated entities.

Anonymous Information – Anonymous Information is information that does not include Personal Information, or from which Personal Information has been deleted. Anonymous Information does not identify, and cannot be used to reasonably determine, the identity of an individual customer. Anonymous Information may include demographic and other general information that you may provide to us; some Automated Information collected through cookies, pixels and other technologies such as browser and other device information; general location information; and certain information collected from your mobile devices as a result of recognition of your Mobile Advertising Identifier (a unique numerical identifier) that is associated with your mobile device.

Automated Information – We and our Third-Party Service Providers have automated means of collecting certain information from you when you visit our Website, or otherwise interact with us online.
