I live in Helena with my wife and 2 children. I attend Church of the Highlands-Riverchase and I am involved with organizations such as the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders, Birmingham Association of Realtors and the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.

A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
