Jack Davis began his career with DHI Mortgage in December 2009 and has built extensive experience within the Dallas organization, progressing from Loan Officer to Branch Sales Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and ultimately Branch Manager. As a high-producing Loan Officer, Jack qualified for President's Club several times as well as Circle of Excellence, giving him firsthand knowledge of the demands of high-volume mortgage production.
Throughout his career, Jack has developed extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, sales leadership, and branch operations. His experience as both a producer and manager has allowed him to play an influential role in developing and refining many of the processes and practices used within the Dallas operation today.
Jack has also been instrumental in building and developing the Dallas loan officer team, helping recruit, hire, and develop many loan officers over the years. He is particularly proud of the experience and tenure within the team and of helping loan officers build successful, long-term careers with DHI Mortgage.
Jack's leadership philosophy is built on understanding the job firsthand and providing loan officers with the knowledge, processes, support, and accountability they need to succeed. He takes great pride in developing people, improving processes, and helping his team provide an exceptional mortgage experience for DHI Mortgage customers.

A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
