Welcome, my name is Chris Copen and I am proud to work with DHI Mortgage. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2001, I have had the privilege of getting to know and assisting thousands of families with obtaining financing for their home purchase. Purchasing a home is the biggest investment that most of us will ever make, however each individual has their own unique set of circumstances that can create challenges during the loan process. I use a consultative approach, that is based on providing education and knowledge of loan programs as well as the loan process as it pertains to each specific scenario with the goal to identify and work through challenges before they arise and eliminate unexpected surprises from the loan process.
