My name is William Crowder. I was born, raised, and have been a lifelong resident of Raleigh. I have seen SO many wonderful changes to the area over the last 40 years, and I am excited to assist you with purchasing a home in the Raleigh area. I am a graduate of North Carolina State University (Go Pack!!!) and began my career in the mortgage industry in 2002.
I have been in New Construction in the Raleigh area since 2006 and deeply understand the dos and don’ts of the homebuilding and buying process. I take great pride in providing excellent customer service tailored to the level of service that you need as a first time homebuyer or someone who has bought many homes. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
