My name is William Crowder. I was born, raised, and have been a lifelong resident of Raleigh. I have seen SO many wonderful changes to the area over the last 40 years, and I am excited to assist you with purchasing a home in the Raleigh area. I am a graduate of North Carolina State University (Go Pack!!!) and began my career in the mortgage industry in 2002.

I have been in New Construction in the Raleigh area since 2006 and deeply understand the dos and don’ts of the homebuilding and buying process. I take great pride in providing excellent customer service tailored to the level of service that you need as a first time homebuyer or someone who has bought many homes. My goal is to help you navigate the mortgage process with confidence and ease, while keeping you informed and assured that there will not be any surprises.
