Timothy "Alex" Minter

I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. During my time at UTA I was fortunate enough to complete an internship at DHI Mortgage and knew this is where I wanted to be.

Immediately upon graduation I took a position as a Mortgage Loan Processor. In this role, I was able to gain valuable experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry. This experience allowed me to understand the importance of customer service and effective communication. With that being said, I also understand that the mortgage process can be stressful and confusing for most home buyers. I strive to provide my clients with a great experience by communicating effectively and being available to answer questions in a timely manner throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. 

As your Loan Originator, my goal is to obtain a loan program that best fits your needs, and get you closed on your home in time. I will work hard to make sure this goal is met and be available for you throughout the entire process. I look forward to speaking with you and being a part of this journey!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy trying new restaurants (I am always open to suggestions!) I am a fan of all major sporting events – and of course, all the teams I root for are in Dallas.
