I’m Kirk Rygol, honored to join DHI Mortgage as Branch Sales Manager in Myrtle Beach, SC. I have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. My career began as a loan officer, and for the past six years, I’ve owned a successful mortgage broker shop, honing my expertise in lending and client service. I recently served a term as the SC State Captain for Advocacy for the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts (AIME), where our group lobbied Congress to pass legislation protecting client data, demonstrating my commitment to industry integrity and consumer trust.

In my role at DHI Mortgage, I’m thrilled to contribute to the company’s tremendous growth and support D.R. Horton, America’s leading homebuilder. I’m passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership, creating generational wealth, and serving our community through accessible, reliable lending solutions. My leadership, deep mortgage knowledge, and relationship-building skills enable me to guide teams to exceed goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. I’m dedicated to helping lead the Myrtle Beach branch with integrity, empowering our team, and making a lasting impact for our clients and community.

Outside of work, I’m deeply involved with my church family and enjoy hobbies that include motocross racing, golf, and playing board games and cards with family and friends.
