My name is Joseph Churn, and I am excited to assist you with financing your new D.R. Horton home! Purchasing a home can be one of the biggest financial decisions you make in your lifetime, but my goal is to make the process stress-free and deliver great customer service. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or buying an investment property, I am here to help!

I am a Florida native, and like many other Floridians, I enjoy spending my time outside at our beautiful beaches, the golf course, or hiking with my wife and two dogs. I graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and began working with DHI Mortgage in 2020. I love the opportunity to bring the American Dream of Homeownership to life.
