With more than 23 years in the mortgage industry, Don Davidson brings deep experience and steady guidance to homebuyers navigating both new construction and existing home purchases. Originally from Houston, Texas, Don has called the Raleigh area home since 1997 and currently resides in Wake Forest, giving him a strong understanding of the local market and builder landscape.

For most of his career, Don has specialized in the builder environment, helping homebuyers successfully purchase newly constructed homes while managing timelines, details, and expectations from contract to closing. He is highly experienced across all major loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, allowing him to tailor solutions that align with each buyer’s unique goals.

Don believes the best mortgage experiences start with doing things right the first time. By focusing on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and proactive problem-solving, his goal is to make the mortgage process as smooth, efficient, and transparent as possible—whether you’re building a new home or purchasing an existing one.

Outside of work, Don is married to his wife, Helen, and is a proud father to their daughter, Maddie. Most weekends are spent cheering from the softball diamond, reinforcing his belief in teamwork, preparation, and commitment—values he brings to every client relationship.
