Hello, my name is Alan McDaniel, and I am a proud member of our DHI Mortgage team. I was born and lived in Southern Africa until our family moved to Colorado. After graduating with a business degree at Colorado State University, I found a passion for mortgage lending.

With over 20 years in new construction financing, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families achieve their dream of homeownership. Today, those past experiences help guide me guide customers through the loan approval process quickly and efficiently.

Buying a new home is one of the biggest decisions most of us will go through in our lives. My goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience through communication and transparency. I enjoy taking the time to answer questions and help educate homebuyers to be able to make informed decisions during the process.

Outside of work, my hobbies include travel with my wife and family. I also enjoy spending time playing pickleball, tennis, swimming, hiking and walking our basset hound Molly.
