Looking to finance the purchase of a home?
At DHI Mortgage, we offer an online prequalification process for you to use to get an estimate of how much you might be able to borrow, based on information you provide about your finances, as well as a credit check. A prequalification is not a commitment to lend, and you must submit additional information for review and approval.
Our online system only supports prequalification requests, and you are NOT applying for a purchase mortgage loan through this online process.
If you prefer to skip the prequalification process and submit a full application for a home purchase mortgage and obtain an official Loan Estimate, please contact your Mortgage Loan Originator or, if you do not yet have a Mortgage Loan Originator, please contact: DHI Mortgage at 512-533-1380 or welcomehome@dhimortgage.com. Our website can be found at www.dhimortgage.com.
What information do you need to provide for a prequalification request?
If you choose to submit a prequalification request online, you will be given the opportunity to provide certain personal information and documentation during the collection of your information. You may voluntarily provide the information and documentation, but it is not required as a condition to prequalify.
While providing more information will help DHI Mortgage to provide you with a more accurate prequalification estimate, you are not required during the prequalification process to upload supporting documentation regarding verification of income, assets, real estate, mortgage statements, or identification.
