My name is Bacilio Maciel or am known as “B”.  I am locally born and raised in the Central San Joaquin Valley which is important to understand the dynamics of the community we serve. I have been providing qualitative lending services to the diverse community of California since 2000.  I am experienced and knowledgeable in a wide range or lending products and services. I strongly believe that when we compart education and awareness to our buyers/borrowers, we can offer them more options, solutions and better terms than other industry professionals.
 
Offering the latest and most innovative, products and services is what differentiates me amongst my peers and in many cases, is a determining factor for a smoother consummation of our transactions. I am dedicated to meet or exceed the client’s ultimate goals and expectations. I regularly attend and participate in training and seminars on the most recent developments in the mortgage industry in order to provide more opportunities for the clients we serve.
