A native Texan, I spent 20 years in Nevada where I jumped head first into the mortgage industry. I was so intrigued by the loan process when my wife and I purchased our first home in 1999, that I knew I wanted to help others obtain their dream of home ownership. I love what I do and try to make a difference every day.

I spend my weekends, and some weekdays, watching my girls play volleyball and soccer. I enjoy traveling with my family and spending as much time as possible in the pool and behind the grill. Oh… and Hook ‘em Horns!!!

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED MORTGAGE BANKER RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
