Nancy Espinoza

My name is Nancy Espinoza. I have been in the banking and finance industry since 2006 and commercial construction since 2016. With a strong background in banking, finance, construction, and mortgage, I have the ability and insight to help a diverse group of clients with their mortgage needs. 

I relocated to the Permian Basin from the Lubbock area in 2016 to plant my roots and raise my family in Midland. When I am not at work, I can usually be found running my kids to a sporting event or practice for one. We love all things sports related, including supporting our local teams such as the Rockhounds or taking that short drive back to Lubbock for a good ol' Red Raiders game! The great outdoors calls my name frequently where I enjoy hiking and kayaking. I also volunteer at my church in many capacities, and I currently enjoy the role of Media Director.

I strive to give my customers the same service I would want my family to receive. Empathy, adaptability, clear communication skills, effective listening, attentiveness, and time management are a few ways that I can make sure to reach that goal. As your Loan Originator, I am committed to walking alongside you through every step of the homeownership journey. My greatest professional success is being able to help clients realize and meet their financial goals by responsibly advising them throughout the mortgage loan process, from application to closing.
